Rogaine products from Amazon
Over the last two years I have lost so much hair. Every morning when I'm washing and combing my hair, a lot of strands fall out. My hair is very thick, so I'm not really worried about thinning hair, but I've never colored my hair and it isn't dry.

On average we lose 100 strands of hair a day, and this can increase during warmer months. Excessive hair loss can be a result of many things, including stress, poor diet, age, menopause and using damaging hair accessories (like hair elastics etc). Some women experience hair loss during pregnancy. Hair loss can also be a result of illness, so if you are really worried and you can see your scalp through your hair, then I'd suggest asking your doctor. There are hair growth treatments you can use at home, including Minoxidil, which is the ingredient found in solutions like Rogaine that stimulates hair follicles into growth. Minoxidil is one of only two FDA approved treatments for hair loss. Rogaine is used to treat the bald spot in male pattern baldness and for females it is used to treat hair loss or thinning on the scalp in the front areas. Rogaine for Men and Women are sold as over-the-counter (non prescription) drugs. There is a 2% and a 5% form that are both FDA approved. Minoxidil in the 2% form is used in both Men and Women, however the 5% is typically only for use in men. Women sometimes use the 5%, if they find the 2% form does not work for them, but there may be side effects at 5%. If your hair loss isn't too serious, then you might just benefits from increasing your vitamin intake to help hair growth. Vitamin B, C, E, A and K are all needed for healthy hair.
