There are several reasons why we love lazy hairstyles. They don't take up a lot of time, are easy to create and are ideal for women who want to look great but don't either don't know too many styles or have too little time to sculpt their mane flawlessly every morning.
If you're one of us, here are three very easy but attractive lazy hairstyles for work that will have you looking good in minutes and with minimum effort:

1. The twist-back half-up
Ideal for medium-length hair of any texture, the twist-back half-up hairstyle can literally be created in 2 minutes. Work a tiny amount of volume inject mousse through your hair and trace out a soft part. Twist about an inch of your face-framing hair on both side of the part; pull the twisted sections to the back of your head and secure them with bobby pins or a hair elastic. That's it! This easy hairstyle for work will give you all of the style with none of the effort!

2. The easy side braid
With an affable boho-chic feel to it, the easy side braid looks good on every woman, irrespective of her face shape or hair type – straight, wavy or curly. The appeal of this braided 'do lies in its tousled texture, so you don't have to worry about smoothening your hair or fixing every strand in place. In fact, the chunkier your braid, the better it'll look!
Spritz your hair with some high-lift creation hairspray to give your strands a boost and create a sense of volume. Gather all your hair on one side of your neck and plait it loosely into a braid. Tug at hair sections to lend your hairstyle a carefully disheveled look and voilà – your hairstyle is ready!
Top Tip: When you do have some time on your hands, try out a fishtail braid or a French braid for an intricate and offbeat look.

3. The Messy Top Knot
The mother of all lazy hairstyles, the top knot never fails to come to our rescue when we're racing against the clock. They are chic with a hint of sexy and look even better when made a little messy.
Prep your second day hair with some dry shampoo, flip your head forward and rake up all your hair in a high ponytail at the crown of your head. Twist the pony like a rope and coil it into a top knot, tucking in bobby pins as you go to secure the updo. Gently pull out a few wisps of hair to lend an undone finish to your knot and finish off with a gentle mist of hairspray.
All these hairstyles take less than 5 minutes to create. Which one did you try and how long did your 'do take?
