Long, flowing wavy hair is one of those bucket list hairstyles that everyone should try at least once. It's an understated look, and when paired with a middle part, it has a cool 1970s vibe that's just irresistible.
To find out how recreate it on your own hair, just follow the tutorial below.
How to style it
Step 1
Starting with clean, towel-dried hair, apply Advanced Hairstyle BLOW DRY IT Thermal Smoother Cream throughout. Make sure you get even coverage because the cream will protect your hair from heat damage.
Step 2
Blow-dry your hair in sections - top, middle and nape - until it's all completely dry, then use a boar bristle brush to smooth it when you're done.
Step 3
Part your hair straight down the middle with a tail comb, then brush it through on either side to fix the part in place.
Step 4
Spritz Advanced Hairstyle TXT IT Tousle Waves Spray through the mid-lengths and ends of your hair.
Step 5
Use a medium-barrel curling iron to create loose, tumbling waves from eye-level, all the way down to the ends. When each piece of hair comes off the curling iron, clip it up to cool. This will set your strands into long-lasting waves that won't fall out during the day.
Step 6
After curling, gently brush the waves through and complete the look with a generous amount of Advanced Hairstyle LOCK IT Bold Control Hairspray.
