As blowouts go, a slightly unkempt rock n' roll style with a few loose curls is just perfect for anyone who wants to add some texture to their look without involving any complicated styling techniques. As seen on L'Oréal Paris spokesmodel Barbara Palvin, this relaxed hairstyle is simple gorgeous and one that can flatter just about anyone with long or medium-length hair!
What you need:
Advanced Hairstyle BOOST IT Blow Out Heatspray
Medium-barrel round brush
Advanced Hairspray LOCK IT Bold Control Hairspray
Step one: After washing and conditioning your hair, towel-dry it to remove a lot of excess water. Then mist generously all over with Blow Out Heatspray.
Step two: Working in 1" to 2" sections, blow-dry the hair using a medium-barrel round brush. Dry each section completely, directing the airflow downwards, before moving onto the next one and curl the ends.
Step three: When the hair is about 95% dry, start rough-drying to build more texture.
Step four: Using a wide-tooth comb, give yourself an off-center part and fix it in place by combing your hair through. Unlike a fine-tooth comb, this won't compromise the slightly mussed texture you just created with the blow-dryer.
Step five: Mist the hair with Bold Control Hairspray and scrunch with your hands to finish.
If you want the hair to have a slight piecey texture too, apply a very small amount of Advanced Hairstyle TXT IT Deconstructing Gum at random to the lengths and ends of your hair.
That's it! Leather jackets at the ready...
