This month is all about Halloween (in our heads, at least) so we couldn't be more excited about all the scary hair tutorials out there! One of our favorite Halloween hairstyles has to be the Bride of Frankenstein look. It's big, it has grey bits and it's so much fun to both style and wear!
Top tip - You may as well start any Halloween hairstyle without shampooing first because, for most of them, you'll need to use a deep conditioner to detangle your mane the next day anyway.
How to style it
At the crown of your head, braid a piece of hair, then lay it in a circle and pin it around your crown to secure it. Over the top of the braid, pin a large bun maker insert, securing it onto the braid.
Spray the loose hair liberally with L'Oréal Paris Advanced Hairstyle BOOST IT High Lift Creation Spray.
Curl all of your hair with a 1 1/4" iron, then, when each piece comes off the iron, spray it again and tease with a comb to mess it up. After that, go ahead and pin each curled section over the bun maker.
Keep curling, spraying and pinning until the insert has been covered, then pile the remaining ends over the top and pin those down, too.
Take a piece of hair on each side of your face and curl it, then spray with a white color spray. This will create the grey streaks that make this look so recognizable. Once you're happy with the color, pin them along the sides, arranging them in a defined squiggle.
Spray your hair all over one last time with Advanced Hairstyle BOOST IT High Lift Creation Spray and you're all set!
