What you need:
Two hair ties
Bobby pins
Advanced Hairstyle BOOST IT High Lift Creation Spray
Fine-tooth comb
Advanced Hairstyle LOCK IT Bold Control Hairspray
Step one: After brushing your hair through to remove any knots, braid a medium-sized section of hair from underneath each ear. Secure the braids with small hair ties.
Step two: Wrap the braids around your head, using them to push the rest of your hair back off your face, as you would with a headband. Tuck the ends underneath and pin.
Step three: Spray the rest of your hair with High Lift Creation Spray, with extra focus on the roots.
Step four: Use a fine-tooth comb to tease the hair. Take care not to push it back too hard on itself as this will create a matted effect. You want to keep the texture relatively lightweight for this style. Think: windswept, as opposed to old carpet.
Step five: Shape the hair at the back with your hands. Twist and tousle individual sections to add more texture.
Step six: For long-lasting hold, fix your whole style with Bold Control Hairspray.
That's it!
