1/ French Braid
A French braid is an excellent gym hairstyle. It keeps your tied up and off your face and back and makes you look great too! Starting from the back of your head, French braid your hair all the way to the tips and secure with hair elastics for a sporty and stylish gym look.
What's even better – post your gym session, simply untie your updo and get gorgeous tousled waves! If you don't have time to wash your hair after a workout, just spritz some tousle waves hairspray on your tresses to set the wavy hairstyle!
2/ High Ponytail
Those of you with shoulder-length hair can tie up your tresses in a high ponytail. Remember to use a fabric hair tie to avoid getting a dent in your hair. When you're done with your gym session, simply untie your pony and spritz some strand smoother serum spray on your hair to make it look smooth and shiny.
3/ Power Braid
If you have long hair and don't like the way your high ponytail sways from one side to another when you work out, simply plait it up in a power braid! With both the base and the end of your braid firm and secure, you can focus all your energy on your work out.
4/ Braided Pigtails
Braided pigtails are both pretty and practical. While they keep your loose strands off your face, they also make you look super cute during a work out! They are very easy to create too and when untied, give way to pretty, crimped hair. Wear a headband if you want to secure your fringe or keep flyways under control during your workout.
