If you're currently in possession of a long or longish haircut, you might be thinking about going for something a little shorter. The good news is that there are plenty of options to try that go beyond a buzz cut.
In the gallery above, you'll find no less than six different looks, all of which are easy to style and maintain.
The big question is, which one will you get?
Keep it simple
Short hair is generally easier to manage, mostly because there's less of it and therefor requires considerably less effort than something longer. As such, your styling time will be mercifully reduced once you make the cut.
For a basic short cut that gives you enough room for a couple of different looks, ask your stylist to keep it tight on the sides with an extra inch or so left on top.
How to style it
After washing your hair, towel-dry it to remove as much excess moisture as possible. Then, to create a smooth, slick look, apply a small amount of L'Oréal Paris Advanced Hairstyle TXT IT Hyper Fix Putty throughout then comb your hair into a groomed side part.
For a more textured look, apply Advanced Hairstyle TXT IT Deconstructing Gum to damp hair, then ruffle with your fingers. Shape as desired with your hands and smooth down the sides to finish.
What do you think? Is it time for a new short haircut?
