Blowdrying can take up way more time that we'd like, especially after hitting the snooze button one time too many in the morning! That said, there are a few styling hacks to help speed up your blowout for a quicker, more efficient beauty routine.
1/ Use savvy styling products
One of the easiest ways to cut down on styling time is to use a heat protectant designed specifically to remove moisture from your hair. All you need to do is spritz Advanced Hairstyle BLOW DRY IT Quick Dry Primer Spray throughout and get started! It works with the heat to dry the hair as quickly as possible.
2/ Try a microfiber towel
Regular towels do a pretty good job of absorbing excess water, but a microfiber towel goes one step further. When you get out of the shower, wrap your hair up and leave it for a few minutes, then when you shake it all out, you'll be left with locks that are only very slightly damp.
3/ Blow-dry the hair underneath first
To blast away most of the water, flip your head upside down and dry the bottom layers for a few minutes first. They tend to dry the slowest as they're buried under the rest of your hair.
4/ Don't blow-dry your hair at all
The best way to reduce styling time is to cut out most of the styling altogether by leaving your hair longer between washes. To revive your existing blowout on day two, spray your roots with Advanced Hairstyle BLOW DRY IT Longwear Spray. The dry shampoo formula absorbs excess oil and gently lifts the hair, leaving you with a style that looks as good as new!
