Now that we're way past the middle of August, Labor Day is looming large and the threat of colder weather and winter haircare stresses is becoming all too real - even if battling humidity on the daily is wearing a little thin. To help you make the most of the final weeks of summer, we've got three gorgeous hot weather hairstyle suggestions for you, courtesy of the beautiful Natasha Poly !
Which sunkissed style will you steal first?
1. Chic ballerina bun

As seen on the red carpet at this year's Cannes Film Festival in the South of France, Natasha's ballerina bun is a simple summer updo you can wear ANYWHERE. From the red carpet to the gym, this little beauty keeps long locks up and under control, out of humidity's way!
Styling tip
After securing the bun, tame any flyaways by misting a toothbrush (one you won't ever use to brush your teeth) with strong hold hairspray and smoothing it over the unruly strands.
2. Tousled braid

A tousled, beachy braid is the perfect way to style your mane between washes, or just when you want to keep it all off your face. Keep the top and sides fairly voluminous like Natasha did, and you'll end up with a loose, romantic hairstyle that can be dressed up for a night out or pared down for an off-duty daytime look.
Styling tip
Create loose waves before braiding by applying a texturizing heat protectant to dry hair, then curling your hair with a 1" wand or iron.
3. Messy waves

About as summery as a hairstyle can get, Natasha's messy surfer girl waves are the epitome of lazy girl chic! You can absolutely rock this 'do in a formal setting, just make sure the waves are somewhat controlled and your makeup is polished.
Styling tip
Enhance the texture by scrunching some flexible hold, matte product through the lengths and ends of the waves.
