A few twists and turns make life interesting; the same holds true for your hairstyle too! If you are bored of wearing your hair the same way every day and are looking to add some fun to your regular hairstyle, we have some awesome (and easy) ideas for you. Here are three twist hairstyles that you can wear to work:
1. Half-Up French Twist
Half-up hairstyles are perfect to wear to work. They keep hair off the face and look great too. Make your usual hairstyle more interesting by going for a half-up French twist. You can create this easy twist hairstyle with straight, wavy or curly hair, which is shoulder-length or longer.

Work in a small quantity of strand-smoother serum spray through your tresses and comb them thoroughly to remove tangles and knots. Make a side part (because it suits all face shapes!) and section off about 2 inches of hair on the larger side. Divide this piece into two sections – left and right (closer to the hairline).
Starting from your hair part, take about ½ inch of hair from the right section and twist it around the left section – once, like a rope. Don't let go of the left hair section; hold it in place with your fingers so that it does not slide away. Take another ½ inch of hair from the right section and wrap it around the left section.
Repeat this step along your hairline till your reach your ear. Twist the remaining length of the sections together and secure it tightly at the back of your head using bobby pins. Spritz some hairspray to secure your half-up French twist and wear it with confidence to the workplace!
2. Twisted Ponytail
This twist hairstyle also works well with all hair textures – straight, wavy or curly. Make sure your hair is frizz free for the twisted effect to show more prominently. Our advice – apply some frizz vanisher hair cream before styling your lovely locks.

Trace out a hair part – in the middle or on the side. Starting from the top of your ears, twist about 1 inch of hair on both sides of the part all the way down to the base of your neck. Typically, this would involve twisting your hair section 3-4 times. Merge both the sections at the nape of your neck and secure into a low ponytail. Spritz some hairspray to tame flyways and tuck in a couple of bobby pins on the side to make the twists stay put.
3. Sleek Updo with a Twist

Brush your hair thoroughly and gather it in a low ponytail at the nape of your neck. Secure it with elastic. Divide the pony into two sections of equal width and wrap the each section tightly around the other to make a rope twist braid. Secure the end of the braid with another elastic. Coil your braid around the base of the first elastic to make a bun and tuck in bobby pins as your go to secure your updo. Spritz some strand-smoother serum spray over your hair to lend it a soft shine and tame flyways.
